When should I expect to hear from you?
I return inquiry emails and phone calls within two business days, Monday through Friday.
Inquiries received on Friday afternoon will be addressed on Monday. I look forward to working
with you. Please check your junk mail or spam folder if you have not heard from me within that
time frame.
Where are you located?
My office is located at 555 Dayton St., Suite J2 in Edmonds, WA 98020. Free parking for all
clients is available in the back of the building. There are signs posted that say you will need to
pay for parking. Please disregard these signs! There is also ample street parking located all
around the building.
I am licensed in both Washington state and Michigan (virtual appointments only).
Do you do in-person or virtual sessions?
I see clients both in person and virtually.
What age range do you work with?
I work with people ages 20 and older. I do not see teenagers or children.
What are your rates?
The initial intake appointment will be $200 and follow-up sessions after that are $180. The initial
intake appointment is 60 minutes and follow-up appointments are 53 minutes.
Do you take insurance?
I am in network with Premera and First Choice. If you have another insurance provider that I am
not in-network with, I will provide you with a super-bill at the end of each month. This super-bill
can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. You are responsible
for calling your insurance provider prior to the first appointment to understand your in-network or
out-of-network benefits.
Do you charge for late cancelled appointments?
I ask that appointments be cancelled with 24-hour notice. If you cancel outside of the 24hr window,
a late cancel fee of $90.00 will be charged to the card on file. If you are more than 15 minutes
late to an appointment, we will not be able to meet, and I will charge a fee of $90.00 for the
missed appointment.
